Our Staff
The home is run under the management of Lisa Bexton. Lisa is a Registered Nurse. All nursing staff have a formal nursing qualification. All care staff are trained in the care of older people and have NVQ qualifications or are working towards one. The home adopts a ‘key worker’ and ‘named nurse’ practice, where a member of staff takes interest in a particular resident and offers support and friendship.
